Youth Connection

Youth Connection (grades 6-8 and 9-12) is a youth program providing Christian fun, fellowship, outreach and growth. Youth Connection is designed to act as a springboard for youth to explore other youth ministry programs offered at Connection Community Church.

Because Youth Connection is designed to reach a broad range of youth with diversified backgrounds, the program offers something for everyone. Games, discussions, trips and volunteer opportunities are just some of the activities offered.

Youth Connection meets weekly during the school year on Sundays. For more information, contact Brian and Suzanne Reph.

You or your family do not need to be a member of Connection to participate in Youth Connection, but youth are encouraged to have a church home somewhere. If you currently do not have a church home, Connection would love to be yours!

Jr. High Youth Connection – Grades 6,7,and 8. Meet in Room 4 (Annex) the second and fourth Sunday of the month from 12:30-2 p.m. Lunch is included.

High School Youth Connection – Grades 9 - 12. Meet in the Worship Center (Sanctuary) Sundays from 6:30-8 p.m.

Young Leaders Program – The Young Leaders Program desires to develop a youth leader who is committed to modeling a Christ-like life in daily relationships, service to others and connecting peers to Jesus and the life He offers.

Upcoming Events

Memorial Day Picnic- Sunday, May 30 from noon-2 p.m. for 8th-12th graders. Bring a friend for yummy food and fun games.

Teen Talk

Students: Have you ever felt God calling you to share what He’s doing in your life, or a lesson He has taught you? This is your chance to share with your friends at Youth Connection. Simply fill out a Teen Talk proposal formand we will work with you to develop your message to share at Youth Connection.
Pray about this opportunity and return your form to Youth Connection.

 

Please note: A medical release form is required for any youth attending Youth Connection.

Parent Involvement:
Sr. High Parents- If you would like to help provide refreshments for Sr. High, contact Carole Herman. To help with set up/clean up of refreshments, contact Suzanne Reph.

Jr. High Parents- If you would like to help provide refreshments for Jr. High, or to help with set up/clean up of refreshments contact Suzanne Reph.
