Jr. High Youth Connection
Grades 6, 7 and 8
Meeting Times
Sunday mornings at 11 a.m.-noon., currently studying "Pictures of God.”
Sunday afternoons meet in Room 4 (Annex) the second and fourth Sunday of the month from 12:30-2 p.m. Lunch is included. We are currently studying:
May 23 - Selfish Temptations
June 13 - No Youth Group - VBS week
June 27 - Do Nothing Temptations
July 11 - Dishonest Temptations
July 25- Cruel Temptations
August 8 - Smart Stuff
August 22- Smart Stuff
Upcoming Events
Top Ten Youth Group Games Night- Friday, March 19 from 6-10 p.m., snacks included. Invite your friends to join you!
A Scrapbooking Event- United Methodist Ministry to the Deaf has invited Connection youth to attend a scrapbooking event being held at Connection Community Church on April 16 from 7-9 p.m.
Teen Talk
Students: Have you ever felt God calling you to share what He’s doing in your life, or a lesson He has taught you? This is your chance to share with your friends at Youth Connection. Simply fill out a Teen Talk proposal form and we will work with you to develop your message to share at Youth Connection.Pray about this opportunity and return your form to Youth Connection.
Please note: A medical release form is required for any youth attending Youth Connection.
Parent Involvement:Jr. High Parents- If you would like to help provide refreshments for Jr. High, or to help with set up/clean up of refreshments contact Suzanne Reph.
