MOPS (Mothers of PreSchoolers)
MOPS is an international Christian organization to support moms with young children (birth 'til school age).
Connection's local chapter meets from 9-11 a.m. the second Friday every month, September through May. All moms and their preschool children in the community are invited.
A MOPPETS program for infants to five-year-olds offers children loving care with crafts, music and Bible stories while their moms enjoy Christian fellowship.
Each meeting features a devotional, a speaker (either in person or from a MOPS DVD), lots of discussion and interaction time, and breakfast/brunch snacks.
Throughout the month, informal playdate gatherings are held at members' homes or neighborhood playgrounds.
